I use Google maps to get the distance and travel time. I drive to & from the location for set-up, and to & from the next day for pick-up. I charge 50 cents/Km of the total distance. The calculation is {Distance X 4 X .50Km + $35.00(Rental fee) =__.__}. $85.00 minimum charge.
